VIDECOM provides AI-powered automated e-commerce video generation, creative asset rendering, multi-platform scheduled posting, and social analytics tools.

By registering, signing in, connecting social media authorizations, or utilizing any part of the service, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information:

• •[Credential Safeguarding]: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• •[OAuth Connections]: When connecting Meta, TikTok, or YouTube accounts, you warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorized administrator of said pages/channels.
• •[Unauthorized Use]: You agree to immediately notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized account access or security breaches.

The intellectual property rights regarding user and platform assets are defined as follows:

• •[User Content Ownership]: You retain full copyright and ownership of all original product images, scripts, audio, and trademarks uploaded to the platform.
• •[Commercial Rights & AI Training Exemption]: You own 100% of all video assets, renders, and scripts generated through paid subscriptions (Pro, Ultra, or credit add-on packs) with full commercial usage rights for advertising and monetization. VIDECOM does NOT claim any copyright over your outputs, nor do we use your uploaded brand assets or prompts to train foundation AI models.
• •[Platform Processing License]: You grant VIDECOM a worldwide, royalty-free license solely to render, transcode, resize, and dispatch your video content to your designated social channels.
• •[Platform Proprietary Rights]: All software algorithms, UI/UX designs, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of VIDECOM. Unauthorized reverse-engineering or decompilation is strictly prohibited.

VIDECOM is committed to maintaining a lawful and safe generative AI environment. You strictly agree NOT to:

• •[Strict Prohibition on NSFW & Adult Content]: Upload, generate, or publish sexually explicit content, nudity, adult products, CSAM (zero-tolerance reported immediately), or lewd material.
• •[Prohibition on Non-Consensual Deepfakes]: Perform face-swapping, celebrity impersonation, or deceptive synthetic media generation without explicit authorization.
• •[Prohibition on Hate, Violence & Fraud]: Promote violence, hate speech, illegal substances, gambling, counterfeit goods, or deceptive advertising.
• •[Mandatory Content Moderation]: All prompt inputs are filtered in real-time via platform AUP and Vertex AI multimodal safety guardrails compliant with Merchant of Record (Polar.sh) standards; flagged or denied prompts will be blocked immediately.
• •[Account Penalties]: Violations will result in immediate service termination, token forfeiture, and reporting to legal authorities without prior notice.

VIDECOM interacts with external platforms via official APIs:

• •You agree to comply with all respective terms of service and developer guidelines of Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, and Threads.
• •VIDECOM assumes no liability for delayed or failed posts caused by external API rate limits, policy changes, or third-party account suspensions.

The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIDECOM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall VIDECOM or its officers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruption. VIDECOM's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to VIDECOM in the preceding six (6) months.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.

All software subscription plans (Pro, Ultra) and feature add-ons offered on VIDECOM are pure electronic Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) digital solutions. No physical goods or shipments are involved in any transaction.

[Instant Performance Principle]: Services provided on VIDECOM are pure electronic digital software. Digital SaaS services are deemed fully performed upon instant activation or once computing credits begin to be consumed. Pursuant to applicable consumer protection laws and EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), statutory unconditional withdrawal rights are waived once service activation or physical GPU computing begins.

• •[Instant Entitlement & Activation]: Upon successful payment confirmation via our authorized Merchant of Record (Polar.sh / Stripe Connect), your purchased subscription tier and monthly computing credits are provisioned immediately to your VIDECOM account via automated real-time webhooks (Instant Digital Delivery).
• •[Service Access]: You may access and utilize your upgraded features and credits immediately by signing into the VIDECOM Studio console at https://videcom.app/studio/.
• •[Fulfillment Support]: If network latency prevents immediate activation, you can click "Customer Portal" in your Billing Dashboard or contact [email protected]. Our billing team will manually verify and fulfill your order within 24 hours.
• •[OFAC Sanctions & Trade Compliance]: VIDECOM strictly adheres to international export control regulations and U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions. We do not provide services or compute infrastructure to comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk) or restricted entity lists.
